IMPORTANT: Even More New Features

The e-form deduction system has not been as accurate as formerly hoped, and so I've removed the 'Allocation and Revenue Remaining' information from the sidebar (which, for 90% of clubs, was very misleading). For now, the DARTS balance and the amounts you've requested in EAFs so far are probably the best gauge of your club's financial status. In addition, I've added extra DARTS details reflecting the inflows and outlays of your account to date. Contact your rep if you have any questions regarding your financial status. While we're trying to make keeping track of expenses as easy as possible for you guys, please remember that the treasurer of your club bears ultimate responsibility for keeping track of club finances. Happy Thanksgiving!

New Feature: DARTS Balance

You'll notice that there is now a new number under 'Account Info' -- the 'Official DARTS Balance.' This represents the total amount of money in your account, as recorded by the University's system (called DARTS). That number represents your allocation + revenue combined. I will be spending the next week trying to figure out the most effective way to keep this site updated expenditure/revenue-wise. I realize there has been some lag recently, particularly for those of you who've received appeals or significant revenue deposits in the past month. I'm aware of these discrepancies, and I ask that you be patient as I try to figure out a good solution. Thanks! -- Grace

The links are up and working!

All of the above links are now up and working, woot for fall break! For those who are new to ABC this year, I'd highly recommend at least skimming through the main page of the Club Resources section to better understand how ABC works and to understand the meaning of ABC club categories and words like 'allocation' versus 'revenue.'
